c. Project Completion: The project is considered complete when the client approves the final version. Final payment must be made before the website goes live.
3. Content Writing Services
a. Payment: Content creation services are paid for in advance and are subject to a monthly subscription.
b. Subscription Cancellation: The monthly subscription for content creation services can be cancelled at any time.
c. 8 Article Plan: The 8 article plan includes a free blog website. This free website is built but not fully handed over to the client’s control until 3 recurring monthly payments have been made.
4. Client Responsibilities
a. Approval: Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving content and website designs in a timely manner.
b. Feedback: Clients must provide necessary feedback and information required for project completion.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
a. Ownership: Upon full payment, intellectual property rights of the developed website and written content are transferred to the client, except as otherwise agreed.
b. Usage Rights: Prior to full payment, clients may not use any part of the delivered project for commercial purposes.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability to you in relation to the use of our website or under or in connection with these terms and conditions will be limited to the amount paid by you for the service in question.
